I applied online, got a call within a week for the first round of interview. 1st: 1 hour Interview with Lead and a peer. Got a positive response after a week and they arranged another interview with manager. 2nd: This was supposed to be for 30 mins but they called an hour before to change it to 1 hour and then asked to change it to a video call. I had other meetings scheduled around that interview so I had to refuse. HR said she'll try to change it to another time but didn't update me. I called her back to confirm and she said it'll still be on the same time. Interview audio call went okay and 2 days later, they updated on the portal that another candidate was hired. Overall, the process and the communication could have been better.
