Straight forward process. Mixture of presentation v competency based questions. Relatively relaxed and did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. 3 stage process starting from phone screening, telephone interview with hiring manager and a panel interview at the office.

A team interview. It was a round robin of questions from each member of the team. As we continued talking it became a conversation. We talked about potential problems that are encountered as a project manager and solutions on how to solve those problems or keep them at bay. All in all a good interview.
