It was straightforward and cordial. Got feedback in good time too, which made the process better. Friendly HR and staff. Asked questions that were generic to the financial sector and specifically to the role I applied for.

1 screening, 1 with a peer (STAR based) and 1 with hiring manager (Case studies). 3 cases were presented. Calculation and maths is very important. Big emphasis on ATL, BTL relevant experiences

Describe your experience with managing a BTL and ATL campaign
There was a total of 2-3 rounds, excluding the HR screening process. My calls with HR and with the VP were entirely virtual. All were friendly and polite. The process went well. The HR asked me my expected salary in the screening call.
