Scheduled an in-person interview and practical via email. I showed up the morning of the interview just to have the receptionist tell me I was at the wrong location and to go to the other one (they never told me the correct location yet the manager insisted she did although it was nowhere in our correspondence). So I had to pay for parking for no reason just to have to leave for another location. She didn't apologize. She also showed up to the interview an hour late after saying she'd be ten minutes late. I sat there while she worked on other things at the front desk and then she finally acknowledged me and took me back to her office for an "interview." She told me what training would entail and what the job would be like. The only question she asked was if I had my license number yet and I told her I was waiting on it. She said we couldn't do the practical without it but it wasn't really necessary and that she'd just run the background check and hire me once my license was in. She was talking to me as if I had the job the entire time. When I finally got my license and sent it to her, she literally never replied even with following up multiple times. The entire process was so unprofessional and made me feel like my time was not valued whatsoever. Luckily I found a better job opportunity but the lack of professionalism was astounding, and I can only imagine how they're run when you're working there.
