They will bring you in, have you study the sales script for a few minutes and role play with you and have you sell them a membership. They will also come up with a stall to see if you are a fast thinker to talk someone into a membership. This is always done with more than 1 person so must have is bubbly attitude and keep a smile on your face. This company is very big on selling memberships so make sure you have good sales background or go in with a go getter attitude and be confident in what your speaking about.

Effective, Part where you do sales pitch, Good questions. Person conducting interview asked relevant questions from past experience. Had me conduct a sales pitch from the paper she gave and gave me time to study it and then come back in.

Really low stress. Asked about my availability. Just make sure you sound personable . I also made sure that I showcased my skillset. We talked about sales which was new to me. Make sure you are willing to learn and be trained

Entretien
It was a phone screening and one in person interview. The staff was up front, courteous of my time, and personable. Management asked fairly basic questions about my experiences and how I might handle a conflict. Pay was less than I was hoping without clearly communication on how their commission structure and bonuses would work for part time.
