Super easy! Was brought in and interviewed with manager. Was informed about protocol and then brought in for a second interview to ensure i was able to retain the information for the job.

How do you deal with difficult customer experience?
The interview process was easy and straightforward. There was a focus on customer service and how to handle certain customer interactions. Talking to the hiring manager felt like a conversation and was very easy with little pressure.

Just asked about me, my strength and weaknesses and what my availability was like. It was a very casual conversation with the manager there at the location. She made me feel super comfortable and was easy to talk to. It didn’t really feel like an interview which was super nice

The interview process was very straightforward. They gave a call and asked my availability so I could come in. I came in and was asked basic questions, with a focus on sales.
