Applied online, then had a skype interview. Got offer. It was kind of sketchy since they literally gave me three days to decide whether to take it or not should have been a RED FLAG in my mind, but unfortunately I was a stupid recent graduate who panicked and accepted the first job I got. if the interview process is this easy, there's bound to be a catch which I later found out (crappy benefits, low salary, bad work environment). Moral: See what else is out there and carefully investigate the position and lab before making a choice (as in actually talk to every person in the lab, this one lab hid away all the sad angry people so it looked like it was functional and happy). ALSO, note that other hospitals in the area have benefits that match what this place has to offer and the pay is often much better.

It was straight to the point, just confirming experience on my resume, there was not what is your strength or weakness kind of question. Also, they wanted to make sure the research is something I am interested in and also questions about my future plan
