Initially applied for a different role but the recruiter reached out and felt I would be a better fit for a different one. I had a few phone interviews. The process was slow. Ended up being invited onsite for the day. Flew me out, stayed overnight. I have never heard a word since. I have followed up and reached out via phone and email. Really unprofessional to not close the loop with a candidate.
