Really a waste of time, the process changed every day, one week of ghosting, a technical test that was never part of the process, they lied about the salary range, only to offer less than half at the very end of the process. I’ve rarely seen such poor management, the CTO was dishonest and clearly showed how he manipulates candidates, I can’t imagine what it must be like working under someone like that. Throughout the whole process they kept talking about how much money they had, investments, clients, etc, clearly one of those zombie startups
