First stage was on teams. The interview consisted of two people and was rather straightforward. Common questions were asked and I was asked to go through my experiences. It was calm and relaxed and went as expected. There wasn't much in the follow-up, however, and it would have been better if they were transparent about their experience with you in the interview.
