Basic questions were asked. First a phone interview and then an in-person interview was conducted. In person gave an offer immediately after the interview. I will start my first training in two weeks.

Tell me about yourself? Why you want to work at Marshall's? What you study at school? How would you handle a angry customer?
Asked what availability I have for part time seasonal work. Asked about historical job experience, how to handle specific tasks, asked for references. Asked if you can lift to a certain weight and stock items etc.

Entretien
Pretty short and straight to the point. Ask you basic scenarios, past work experiences, all that good stuff. They also ask technical questions like are you a us citizen and what not. But overall super easy.
The interview process was quite easy and the interviewers were nice. There was a 10 minute phone screening and then a 20 minute interview with the manager at the store location.
