After applying online I was asked to do a phone interview. The interview was casual and easy. They only asked a few questions about myself/how I’d handle different situations before telling me they’d follow up with my references, and then I was offered the position.
Asked what availability I have for part time seasonal work. Asked about historical job experience, how to handle specific tasks, asked for references. Asked if you can lift to a certain weight and stock items etc.

Pretty short and straight to the point. Ask you basic scenarios, past work experiences, all that good stuff. They also ask technical questions like are you a us citizen and what not. But overall super easy.
The interview process was quite easy and the interviewers were nice. There was a 10 minute phone screening and then a 20 minute interview with the manager at the store location.
