I was initially given a phone interview, then an in person interview. The manager was very nice, very professional. I didn't get the job I guess though because they never contacted me one way or the other

they asked standard questions about experiences in sales, helping customers, what you thought a good manager was like etc

Entretien
simple questions get hired on the spot, ask if I was open on my schedule, ask if I had transportation, asked if I was in college, asked if I have prior obligations, wanted to know if I was able to work late at night and on holidays, asked me when can I start, asked me what does customer service means to me.

Entretien
Very casual actually. I went in person and asked the manager if I could interview, she said yes. Came back 2 days later. Got the job. Seemed more concerned about availability and personality.
