J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Marshalls en sept. 2012

Overall a bad experience. It began with me dropping off an application. I was told I would be contacted within the week if they decided to interview me. Three weeks later, I got a call asking me to come in for an interview the next day. On that day, I went to Marshalls and asked for the woman who was going to interview me (name withheld on purpose) and was directed to a chair next to the exit door to wait until she was ready. Many of the customers stared as I sat there next to the exit. Talk about awkward and unprofessional. Then, after waiting around 10 minutes, a man told me to follow him and that he would be interviewing me. He took me into the back room and sat me down and asked me questions. Standard interview questions. Told me that I would be getting a call for a second interview in a few weeks. No one ever called.

Pretty short and straight to the point. Ask you basic scenarios, past work experiences, all that good stuff. They also ask technical questions like are you a us citizen and what not. But overall super easy.
The interview process was quite easy and the interviewers were nice. There was a 10 minute phone screening and then a 20 minute interview with the manager at the store location.

Applied in person then got a call back for an interview. Interview was short and easy, great part time work for students or someone looking for extra money. Only downside is shifts aren’t consistent.
