The interview process itself was fine, and I ended up getting the job and work here currently -- but the time the process took was completely unacceptable. It took over 3 months all in, and there were multiple periods where I went 2+ weeks with absolutely no communication from the internal MMC HR recruiter I was working with - even though I sent multiple email communications to try and get feedback I repeatedly got no response (This continued to happen even after I had accepted the offer // during the background check process)
