Entretien
Initially had to go through a screening process online known as "HireVue". It essentially replaces a phone screen and it is an application that asked various questions to which you are given 3 minutes maximum to answer. 10 total questions. Your answers are recorded and sent to MMC. Some of these questions were typical behavioral questions, while others asked about my experience using excel as well as financial modeling, budgeting, etc. If you pass this then they will invite you for an in person interview. I was only asked questions about my resume and past experiences.
I found the job at indeed so I first submitted my cv through indeed. And then i had a Hirevue interview with 5 different questions. It was pretty difficult. sksis

There is not very good communication in the process from the employer and no follow up afterwards. They said they will contact me again and schedule another interview and even when I contacted them to follow up on that I didn't get a response.

Entretien
I applied the Financial Analyst role for Guy Carpenter within MMC. The recruiter left me a message by phone (no emails) to call back to schedule a phone interview with her. Then finished a quick phone interview with recruiter and moved to final round of interview. They ghosted me after the final interviews, I followed up with them a few weeks after but still no response.
