There were 3 rounds of assessments. After CV scanning, you do those one-way video interviews, then you do a personality test, and then the final round of interviews with the HR team.

Great interview process. You just have to be yourself and understand the market they operate in - which includes an understanding of risk, insurance, broking, client servicing, consulting, advisory, claims, etc
