Very good. Had a very positive experience with the phone and in person interview. I had one phone call screening and two in person interviews. I was awarded the job after my third interview.

Entretien
Two interviewers round one, and the man said he had no time to look at my resume and went in blind. They were shocked no one had followed up with me after I interviewed for a position prior, yet they too never followed up. Both interviews, they were confused as to why I had not been introduced to someone on HR to discuss the role. It is clear this company is unprofessional, unorganized, and apparently eager to loose out on "top tier" candidates.

I have interviewed with this agency twice for two separate roles. The first time I interviewed, I hadn't even applied for a job. I was approached via LinkedIn messenger by a recruiter. I made it through second round interviews both times but each time I was ghosted after the second round. I find this to be extremely unprofessional. At the very least an agency should have the courtesy to let you know that they are going in a different direction with the hire. I can't help but to think I may have dodged a bullet. If this is how you treat candidates, I can't imagine what a nightmare the onboarding process must be.
