Horrible communication. generic emails to set up interview to talk to panel hiring managers. I thought interview went well, didn’t hear anything for weeks then all the sudden I go on the career site and it says not selected. I emailed the managers like they’d offered and asked for feedback. Totally ghosted . Don’t offer if you don’t mean it. So annoying

Vlot en recht toe, recht aan. Geen eindeloze processen en bureaucratie. Lijnmanager bepaald vrij snel of je de juiste kandidaat bent of niet. Over het algemeen positief over het proces.

The interviews themselves were fine.
The communication from internal recruiter team was very poor. I had to chase up to get the interview booked in. radio silence for weeks.
