Multiple stage interview including initial competency based call followed by 3 stage half day interview, including and unprepared task and a presentation. Whilst the tasks varied in style, they lead to showing similar skills and behaviours, without providing the opportunity to show others. All 'behaviour' based as opposed to any technical skills testing.
