I submitted my application through their website and had a call a few days later for an initial interview with the hiring manager. He basked various questions specific to my cv to understand my experience with data science and it’s applications. I was invited to a second (and final) panel interview two weeks later which included the same hiring manager along with some other members of the upper leadership team. The interview was split into two parts, each with half of the panel. The first part included a presentation on a pre-requested topic, to develop a method already created by the Mars data science team. The second part consisted of competency focused questions.
