J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris plus de 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mars (Almaty) en juil. 2019
Entretien
The interview process was very long and took about 3 months. I was in love with Mars Company and really wanted to work there. First there was the stage with SHL tests. After passing the test I got the answer that I’ve passed them in 3 weeks! Isn’t it too long? After I had online interview with marketing director and it was successful. After I was invited on presentation stage in a month! And I didn’t pass it. After the presentation step Mars answered in 4 days. But they had promised to answer in 3 days. And I asked what was my problem, and why I wasn’t hired? The answer was they can’t say such information. Is it normal? I’ve spent almost 3 months on interviewing with Mars, and they can not even answer the simple question for me to improve myself?

The team of hiring managers was badly aligned; one showed up late (we were already 1/2 way in.) No time management of others. Lack of leadership gravitas.

What do you see as the biggest industry challenge at the moment?
the interview is a case study based interview on real or made up scenario with a panel of 3 - 5. the first round is normal interview questions, you get given a case study to work on either before or on the day. it all depends on the role.
domande molto pressanti, manager che mi fece il colloquio antipatica, si divertiva a metterti a disagio. non consigliato se si tiene alla propria salute mentale, meglio cercare qualcosa altrove, parere personale
