2 interviews. one with the Front Office Manager. The second with Human Resource. If you get a 2nd interview you pretty much got the job unless you fail the on the spot drug testing swab.

situational, face to face, friendly and inviting, informational, I met first with a sales manager who referred me to a general manager. there was a set process, many questions and a rating scale. I had prepared at the Sunnyvale Promatch NOVA location.
