The process is thorough and professional. It goes through the process of asking to speak on your resume, answering 5 STAR questions using metrics as the result whenever possible. Finally, giving you a moment at the end to ask any questions about the position, your interviewer, or the company. The interview process might range from 3-4 interviews before you are offered a position.

Entretien
Had a couple phone interviews. Then took an online assessment and was later invited to a final interview event in Anaheim CA. Had interview there with two managers the GM and a HR manager. Received job offer after 3 days.
