I got the interview because a friend of mine who had interned with marriot the previous summer told me that they were looking for people. The recruiter was really nice and he was intersted but in the middle of the interview he told me that marriot does not sponspor for a work visa and I was going to need one eventually. That's how the interview ended.

Standard interview process was professional upfront and I had two different interviews two different days that were professional and absolute power and standards a light working for them very much and they went through all the normal drug screen and background checks
