I had a Panel interview with the Executive Committee after a phone screening interview with the recruiter. It was challenging to connect to multiple people at the same time that were also busy talking to each other and trying to impress their General Manager. They also had a hard time interviewing me because my last role was not in a hotel so they didn't know what to do with me. It just showed how important it is to train your team on proper interviewing techniques.
