Entretien
The goal of this internship report is to communicate my thoughts and professional experience for the whole duration of my internship. Trainees are “learning sponges” during that period and take all the information necessary to become future industry professionals. This report will be broken down in to three main areas. In the first section, I will talk about the hotel as a resort, the ownership of the hotel, and how well my personal goals were aligned with the hotel’s vision and culture. Secondly, I will walk the reader through the hotel operations and my role in this operation during my internship. Finally, I will discuss examples of my daily experiences as an F&B trainee and offer my opinion on which areas we did well and in which areas w could have improved the customer experience. I love the hospitality industry and I had this ambition in mind from the day I started my internship, I still cannot believe how many things I learned since then. Not only in the F&B department but also in how to behave in strenuous situations with demanding customers.
