The interview for this position went well. All of Marriott’s interviews expect you to respond to their questions using the STAR method, situation, task, answer and response. Instead of short answers, you would respond restating the situation, task, then answer the question and response/outcome.

Easy questions using the STAR model. (STAR questions, situation, task, answer and result.) Interviewed with all the managers and supervisors that I would interact with during the position. Overall, easy interview and accepted the job.
