Interviews were handled by an outside company/ recruiter. They were very professional and thorough in reviewing resumes and experience. Situational based questions and examples are needed to validate experience placed on your resume. A couple of phone interviews are conducted prior to meeting the hiring manager face to face. Entire experience was very smooth and the recruiter was very knowledgable of the hotel operations process.
