Entretien
Starts with a phone interview if you are selected from applicants. The recruiter is employed by an outside company and it's really a pre screening-mostly annoying because these people don't even understand the job you might be doing. Then they have you take an online assessment, more about the type of person you are and how you work. In person interview uses the S.T.A.R format so Situation, Task, Action, and Result. Make sure to have some good examples so you can answers those.

S.T.A.R format is hard and definitely need to prepare-example give me an example of a time something didn't go as planned and you answer in that format.
Miscommunication between hiring manager and recruiter which led me to getting different answers. This ended with confusion from my side and did not help build trust during the interview process.

Please make sure you know the STAR method. All questions will be expected to be answered in that format. Professional but casual but you don’t have to be super formal.

Entretien
Interviewer was late and seemed really irritated to be meeting with me. The interviewer was following a list when interviewing me, and it was based on the STAR method. The interviewer had zero enthusiasm and would answer my questions in a very cold, judgmental, and impatient way.
