The first interview was fine, the interviewer was from a 3rd party company, so the technical questions were a bit vague. The 2nd round was with 2 managers, they were kind and easy-going, their questions very basic accounting questions. Be prepared to be asked about your current/ previous role.

Had a promising interview with an HR rep. Said they wanted to move me to the next step (interview with area controller), and that I would receive more details within 24 hours. Never heard from them again. Very disappointing! Expected better from Marriott. But ghosting is par for the course in this day and age, so I shouldn't be too surprised.

Not professional, reliable and bad communication. The hiring manager did not realised that HR person had arranged the meeting on the interview day. Also, they failed to show accuracy and professionalism regarding the timing to process the application. Lastly, although I was the one who withdraw the job, I was still receiving email that I failed the job processs.
