I was "recruited" by a manager within the company who basically advanced me through the recruiting process (they work through Hewitt Associates to hire employees). It was great because I never had to wait for a call to come from the recruiter to set up interviews, get call backs, etc. Their interview process is pretty intense, probably the most intense I have ever been through. You must complete a phone interview, online assessments, and finally, an in person interview using the STAR interview process (I had to do an interview 2x).. I would recommend that ANYONE seriously seeking employment with this company review the STAR interview process. You will sink or swim by that interview style and you absolutely must prepare for it. There is literally no way you can "fudge" your way through this interview.

Interviewer asked for references and then said they would call me by a certain date and then never did. The references were never called. Very unprofessional. I had decided I didn't want the job due to the interview style but still I was curious to see the offer since they made it sound like I'd receive one.

HR reviewed my c.v for processing. Then it was forwarded to director finance. First interview was with accounts Manager and then with director finance in which they assessed my skills.

Entretien
All aplicants must apply online and screening is done by AON Hewitt. Once you get past the initial screening you will be sent a Sales Assessment. If you pass, you will be granted a tandem interview. If you fail you will never know why. If you are hired you can never see your assessment results. Apparently it's on a Green (pass) Red (fail) system.
