J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Marriott International en sept. 2018
Entretien
Three-step process: (1) Originally, a brief phone interview with the hiring manager. Simple questions (tell me about yourself, why are you interested in the job, etc.). (2) Had an interview with two Guest Service Representatives (maybe they were team leaders or supervisors, but not manager). All STAR questions... probably 6-8 of them; (3) Met with the manager for a VERY brief interview... asked some follow-up questions from my resume, and then offered me the job and had me take a drug test.

It was a pretty quick and straightforward process. I applied online, and I had an interview a week later. I went to the interview, did my background check, and a week later I got hired and started my onboarding process.

Entretien
An application and online assessment, via the marrriott website. After this you set up an in-person interview on site.
However, it is an incredibly unprofessional and disorganized set up. Interviews typically happen after the scheduled time or are cancelled last minute. Very little appropriate introduction to the company's expectations for the role.

Very smooth and easy process from start to finish. They asked basic interview questions then situational questions. My first interview was with HR then the Front Office Team, then the General Manager.
