It starts off with an interview at your university, then you take a personality quiz. If selected you then go to the final interview event in Texas and have a networking event with one interview as well. Most of the interview questions are situational and need to use the STAR method to answer. This interview is not bad at all. Everyone is very friendly. I was given positive feedback throughout the entire process and never felt as though my answers were dumb.
