Very cheap regarding candidate experience. To not reimburse candidates is really showing them who you are: cheap. I was absolutely shocked that any expenses, such as cab rides to/from airport would not be covered. In the history of interviewing at companies, I have NEVER experienced such a poorly planned and executed interview experience.

Quick process which had 3 rounds for screening then the recruiter helped with rest of the formalities . The staff was always professional and kept me informed about the stage at which my application was … overall a pleasant experience

Above property recruiter phone call, then went in for an interview where they asked 6 behavioral interview questions with the hiring manager. Met with some of the other leaders briefly as well, offer came a few days later

The company uses the STAR Method: Situation/ Task, Action, and Results. It is best to have 3-5 examples already prepared to set you up for success. You would have a minimum of 2 interviews before getting a call from the recruiter.
