Interviewed with Front Office Manager and Supervisor. They made the interview a comfortable process. It will be STAR interview questions so prepare to answer with situations and positive results! STAR is Situation; Task; Action; Result. They asked probably 3 - 5 questions and described the position. Bring extra copies of your resume and study up on the company and be ready with situations and you will be fine. You wouldn't have been asked to interview unless you have qualities that the management team saw as impressive.
