Straight forward - met with direct report, colleagues, and executives leadership. The process took about two hours. Colleagues were friendly and direct report was knowledgeable. My interview with leadership was a bit disappointing. The individual was supposed to give me a tour of their process but spent most of the time texting or emailing on their phone. Suggested that I tour myself and let them know if I had questions.
