I submitted an application, and was contacted shortly afterwards to set up an interview. I came in and interviewed with the Co-Founder and CBDO. I was contacted a couple days later and was told I started in 2 weeks.

They asked about my previous job experience, what I liked and didn't like. Then they asked if I thought I would fit in well with the Marketing360 culture.

Entretien
We started off with a phone call to make sure I was able to have natural conversation and ask questions. Next was a phone call with the managers that would be supervising me directly. Then an in house interview with the same two managers and the CSO.

3- basically if you have a decent personality they will invite you in to meet you and conduct a further interview

Entretien
There was an online application, a phone interview and an in person with the CEO and the CLO.
over all the process was a normal process but the interview with the CEO can be intimidating
