Had a phone interview with a recruiter which went well then I had another interview with the person I would have been reporting to. That interview went very well and she gave me the impression that I had gotten the job. After than I got a reference request and an assessment m. I was asked some scenario based questions and told to provide sample answers, nothing too difficult. At this point, I was ghosted. I got no updates, feedback absolutely nothing. I reached out after a few weeks to find out what was going on and still got no response. The funny thing is this happened in December 2020 and they’ve advertised the same position several times this year.
