They ghosted me.First, it's a casual call with the recruiter, which they don't tell you, but it's the first round. Then, I had a call with the hiring manager, he told me, that he was going to invite for the next round and I have to do a presentation. The email took 1 week to arrive, and they wanted me to present the next day, so I asked for more time. Later, I took a day of my holidays, to go to do the interview in the office, and the hiring manager, was on holidays. I was interviewed by another manager, who asked me the same questions that I had already been asked, and he ignored my presentation. They said that at the beginning of the next week they would email me to tell me if i got the job, 2 weeks have passed. Obviously I assumed that didn't get the position, but they didn't tell me either, I contacted the hiring manager and the recruiter by mail and I didn't get a reply. During the process, I contacted them also with questions for the presentation, also no answer. Do not ignore the red flags and do not waste your time, if they are so behaving like this during the interview process, I can't imagine what will happen when you are working for them already.
