I was very excited after hearing about the commission plan going in. I have years of sales experience so I knew I was the right person for the job. I told the DM about all of my sales techniques and he was impressed how much I was prepared for a job like this. He offered me the job on the spot. The interview was easy going and I was able to show who I was instead of pretending someone I wasn't.

I was contacted by a requirer, where I was ask some brief questions over the phone. once I pass that process then the district manager , schedule and phone interview where it was FaceTime. but you would get some sample questions to practice prior to the actually interview. During the real interview the whole thing took only like 5 min. very quick.
It was a long interview process. There were several rounds of interview. First round was phone interview. Second was to an online assessment, third was to upload a video of your answers to some questions and finally there was a face to face interview.

Unprofessional phone interview that consisted of questions that mostly probed into my last job. The whole experience was both exciting and miserable. They should have picked a more responsible person to conduct the interview.
