J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez MarketShare (Bengaluru) en juin 2013
Entretien
The interview process was good. It consisted of
- A programming problem the I was supposed to solve in 8 hrs from home on a saturday. (was a hard one, compared to the others I had seen else where. The focus was not more on the algorithmic abilities but on how one simplifies the complexities of the problem domain.)
- A technical interview with a peer/senior engineer (focused more on algorithms/data structure and programin problems.)
- A manager/director interview (to discuss on the organization, to get to know the candidate in terms of the technical work done in the past, plus some more.)

Question 1
The initial problem was tough given the time, (but they were not too restrictive about time.)
The technical interview was good, and was working discussion where we tried to build a LRU cache.

The recruiter didn't have the idea about my profile or he is bothered about going through my profile. He didn't even greet or respond when i have greeted him during the introduction.
He went on asking questions like rapid fire round and the questions are not related to my profile. He didn't bother to listen to the answer.
