3 step process, was really simple. I applied directly through the company website, received an email about a week later to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was basic more about my personality and education background. Then I received an in-person interview about a week after that, that interview was more about situations and the job tasks, the interview lasted around 3 hours and I spoke to 6 different people. I received an offer the following day.
