The interview consisted of three steps:
1. a quick call with HR to get to know each other
2. a take-home interview featuring a simple crud UI (using whatever technology you want)
3. a virtual on-site day. Where you take a small assessment to complete within a normal working day
Overall it was a very clear interview process. No extra steps or time wasted. The exercises where standard tasks any junior should be able to complete.
