Then an intensive group interview, everyone was lovely and made you feel at ease though.

Very casual, asked a few questions about my previous experience and what I knew about the company.
Then asked about my availability over the coming year and if I would drive into work. I was offered the position on the spot.

Entretien
Was very easy! Walked into the store, both managers took me to the nearest cafe to sit and have the interview. Very laid back and fun, not too much pressure and wasn't like other interviews where there's the interviewer and the interviewee. We were in the cafe and talking like a bunch of friends. The interview was basically to see if I was full of energy to be able to work through Christmas and if I could get along with their team well!
