It was very fast, 2 interviews in total, and the final interview is with the owner. The owner does not read your resume, he will talk about the company and ask you questions of what he tells you to assess if you understand. If the owner likes you, you get hired. There is no on-boarding process.

The interview process can be rigorous. No less than three interviews before a decision will be made (1-2 phone interviews and at least one in person interview.)
