Got a random call for a phone interview. No email sent to schedule. I was at work and not available at the moment. The recruiter and I played phone tag until about 2 business days later. Moved on to the video interview. Though it went great, unfortunately I was not the right fit I'm assuming. because the company has ghosted me. It has been over a month now and the position is no longer posted. I followed up after the interview and I have not heard anything back. Its sad that even when hiring for HR positions these recruiters and hiring managers drop the ball through out the entire process. Either they don't care or they do not possess a ATS that is capable of sending automatic replies because its really that simple. Do better !
