Met at career fair and talked. Phone call to schedule interview next day on campus. Interview questions were more focused on soft skills than technical. Interview lasted around 30 minutes or so.

I met a recruiter at a campus job fair and they contacted me with an interview several days later. The interview was in an online format where I had to record my responses to the questions in a set time limit. Several weeks later I was contacted with a verbal offer of employment and given a choice of my locations for work.

went to university job fair, had a phone interview with two people at the same time. Mostly behavior based questions. Got a call back in about 8 weeks that I had an offer
