Started job search at campus career-fair. Oftentimes, interviews occur day after on campus. I had a phone interview a week or two following the career fair. The interview is behavioral based, i.e. "tell me about a time when...". They opened their interview with tell me a little bit about yourself, i.e. why [abc] university, why [xyz] major.

Nice and friendly. Ask quite many behavior questions. 1-2 questions related to your project. Be yourself and show your personality. They will email/call you in 1-2 weeks. Mine is 1 week after, one of recruiters call me to make a verbal offer and an online offer 1 day later.
