Went to college's career fair and scheduled an interview (literally just put my name on a list). Interviewed 3 days later and heard back 2 days after that. Was supposed to be 2:1 interview but as first interview of the day, one professional ran late and missed interview entirely. Entire interview was behavioral questions, but not of the typical STAR method, more of a conversation.
